SIO Yavatmal unit organized Islamic quiz competition ‘Islami Giyaan Pariksha’ for non-muslim students which saw a participation of around 40 students. Prize Distribution program was held at Bachat Bavan, Collector Office. Inaugural speech was given by Br. Fawwad Khan. The Guest of Honour, Police Inspector Mr. Giri appreciated the efforts of SIO for organizing such an activity and added that it will help in building better relations among students and youth from different communities.

Mr. Naoshad Usman, Editor-in-Chief of weekly Shodhan and renowned Dawah expert interacted with the students and said that life is like an exam and the one who abides by the divine principles will succeed in the hereafter.

Dr. Anwar, Zonal President of North MS and Mr. Giri gave away cash prizes of Rs. 5000/- and 3500/- to the 1st and 2nd winners. Dr. Anwar, in his presidential speech congratulated the winners and appreciated the students for participating in exam.

Local president Br. Sayyed Shahabuddin proposed the vote of thanks. Local media gave a good coverage of the activity.
