VIC Nagpur | Trend Setters….. in the making

Nagpur (26.05.11): SIO Nagpur successfully organized a 3 day summer Islamic camp here in the beautiful natural surroundings, away from the hassles of the city. The aim of the camp was to purify the soul of participants and to make them fruitful for the organization.
The three days camp was designed keeping in mind the above objectives as well as to provide youngsters, with the best to nurture their talents.

The topics covered in three days were Tawheed, Risalat, Akhirat,The Companions, The Men with Mission, Life after death and Seerat (SAW). Speakers of repute were invited for the program mainly Suhail Ameer sheikh (zp mnz), Mazhar Ikhlaque, Dr. Anwar Siddiqui, Dr. Asifuzzaman khan, Yasin khan sb and  Khwaja Izhar Ahmed (Asso. Prof. Anjuman college of Engg. & Tech.)

The camps embraced sports, games and cultural activities as well. Participants enthusiastically participated in all activities. Incredible, eye opening and realistic dramas were presented by the talented participants. Shayri, jokes added to the enjoyment.

Written exams and Quran Quiz were kept to judge the participation. Which followed by prize distribution ceremony.

Md. Faiz (kanhan) was selected as the boy of VIC which is the biggest prize of this event; it looks at the overall participation in different activities, punctuality, sincerity etc. besides best group, winner of exams and cultural activities were endowed.

Br. Umar Khan explained the organizational structure of sio in a very interactive manner with the help of power point presentation. The camp was concluded by the concluding speech of zonal president mnz and vote of thanks by Br. Zeeshan Omar.

All the Students were highly motivated to work and live for Islam, they promised to support SIO endeavors in preparing the students and youth in the light of divine guidance for the reconstruction of society.
