A day long Dawah orientation camp was organized by SIO Andhra Pradesh at Conference hall in Azizia Masjid, Hyderabad. Program started with the recitation of Quran followed by inaugural words of Br.Hashmathullah Khan, State Secretary of SIO AP. He explained the importance of calling people towards Straight path i.e., towards Almighty Allah. He also said that we should present Islam in a holistic way according to the needs of the society so that people may accept it positively.

Br. Abrar Ali, State P.R Sec of SIO AP addressed the gathering on the practical approaches of Dawah and suggested various ways of presenting Islam, especially to the student community.

Br. Imtiyaz, Ex-Dawah Sec of SIO AP detailed his experiences in Dawah and explained.

This was followed by an open discussion on various aspects and concerns related to Dawah. A few participants presented their assignments on the study of various ‘isms’ and also presented the study of societal issues of Andhra Pradesh.

At the end, Br.Haneef, State Dawah Sec of SIO AP gave assignments to the participants as further course of action. Participants from across the state had attended the workshop.
