SIO Basmat along with local JIH organized an Eid Milan cum Quran introduction programme on 29th august 2012 at Norani function hall, Basmat. Digamber shivachariya maharaj was invited as the chief guest of gathering. In his speech he told that “Quran & Islam connects the people & bring harmony and prosperity in the society. The life of prophet Mohammad (saw) is very impressive and every one should study his massage.”

Tahsildar Rajiv Raj said that “such kind of programmes should be continuously organized for bridging the gap between different communities.”

Mr. Savant (President Sambhaji Brigade, Basmat) said that Islam is the religion of peace, love & forgiving & Islam never supports injustice and violation. Mr. Shyam karondkar discuss the methods of celebrating festivals in different community.

In the presidential speech Dr. Ikram said “Quran is for the whole of humanity and it is the duty of all human beings to understand and preach the message of Quran & if we don’t do this God will never forgive us.”
At the end of programme The brief introduction of JIH was presented by organizers.Br. Gulam javed (unit president SIO Basmat) presented the vote of thanks.
