SIO Maharashtra  south zone organized the selected members camp “NIDA-E-SUFFA” at Al-Irfan residential school Khuldabad from 2nd to 6th of June 2012. The main objective of organizing the camp was to explore the hidden qualities of cadre. Nearly 50 selected members attended the camp. The central theme of camp was “HIKMAT” i.e Wisdom.

Resource person experts of different fields from different parts of country & state were invited to guide the participants of camp on different contemporary issues. Some of the important guest speakers are as follow.

In the 5 days camp the main topics covered were “History of JIH” “INDIA freedom movement” “tassawuf – an overview” “JIH-future programme” “modernism & post modernism” “ how to do mutala” “neo spiritual movements” Dawah work in Maharashtra” “Islamic philosophy of education” “Islam-science & technology” “Islamic tarbiya system” “Islamic political system” “Islamic economic system” “SIO-required changes” “Moudodi ideology” “SIO in future” “JIH Contribution in education sector”

“islam & plural society” “life of Hasan ul banna shahid (r.a)” “modern education philosophies” “Islamic fiqh & our behavior” “JIH- Political struggle” etc.

 

Sports, exercise, cultural programme were also the part of camp. All the participants were divided into groups & different group assignments were assigned to each group.

On performance basis various awards like “man of nida e suffa award”, best discussion award”, best group leader award”, sports man award”, “best group award” etc were given to selected students.

Participants appreciate the programme and said that they will sacrifice whatever wealth, time, skills, abilities & even their life to fulfill  the organizational demands & to achieve the organizational goal.

Br. Salman mukarram (convener of nida e suffa camp) presented the vote of thanks. The camp was concluded with the dua of br. Anwar (zonal secretry).
