SIO UP  Central Zone , Khairabad Unit, conducted an Award Distribution Program of “Talent Search For Shaping The Future” an Aptitude test Under North India Education Movement on 5th of November 2013.
More than 100 students Participated in this test. All the students were awarded with  participation certificates and top ten students were given Medals along with certificate. Top 3 students of senior and Junior group were awarded with Cash Scholarships.  In Junior group Br. Shahbaz  Hussain, Br. Mohd Sharique, Sister Samina Nafees bagged  1st ,2nd and 3rd rank respectively while in senior group Br. Laique Ahmad, Br. Mohd Salman, and Br. Mohd Faiz achieved  1st ,2nd and 3rd rank respectively.
An attractive Exhibition was also organized regarding career guidance.
At the ceremony Br. Aamir Usmani , Zonal Secretary SIO UP Central in his  concluding speech explained about North India Education movement and motivated the Students that they should expertise  in their selected field.  Jb Mohd Ashraf , Manager Bright Circle School, Khairabad and Jb Sadique Hussain Local President JIH Khairabad also gave tips to the students on how to achieve success here n hereafter. They also congratulated SIO for its movement in the field of Education.
