Uttar Pradesh central chapter of the Students Islamic Organization of India organized a seminar on the Philosophy of Knowledge and Education in Kanpur. Mr. Najmus saquib, Zonal President of SIO UP central, while presenting the objectives of the seminar said that it’s high time that we think about the defects and loopholes in today’s educational system. He added that education being the fundamental right of every citizen is not available to all.

Chief Guest of the seminar, Mr. Ashfaq Shareef, National President of SIO said that a clean educational system based on equality morals, ethics and values is need of the hour. He also raised severe concerns over the purpose of education. He urged the students to realize the true concept of education and strive for reconstruction of the society.

Mr. Mohd Naeem, Nazim-e-Ilaqa of JIH Lucknow, Mr. Abhinow Tiwari, representative of NSUI, Mr. Sirajul Hasan, President of Chatra Sabha Samajwadi Party Kanpur, Mr. Masihuzzama Ansari, National Secretary of SIO and Mr. Shukla, Principal of DAV College Kanpur also spoke.
