President SIO of India, Br Nahas Mala welcomes the decision of Delhi High Court which has today decided to transfer the ongoing case of missing JNU student ‘Najeeb Ahmed’ to CBI for further investigation.

The two member bench consisting of Justice GS Sistani and Justice Rekha Palli today decided to transfer the case after the plea filed by Mrs Fathima Nafees, mother of Najeeb Ahmed.

President SIO said, we hope that CBI will come up with some concrete results on this mysterious case very soon and help with their findings in the next hearing on 17 July 2017, so that the culprits in the case are identified and punished.
