Ambajogai Unit felicitated IKT Winners : Maharashtra South

21 Oct 2012 (Ambajogai): After successful completion of Islamic Knowledge Test (IKT) at Aurangabad, Nanded, Perbhani and Osmanabad, SIO Ambajogai organized Islamic Knowledge Test for inter religion student in the city.

To honor winners of IKT-2012 SIO ambajogai organized a mega Felicitation ceremony. To create curiosity about Islam and convey peaceful message of Islam toward huge gathering of student SIO Ambajgoai take this tremendous step to conduct IKT at throughout city.

On 21 Oct IKT-2012 was organized by SIO Ambajogai at Mahila College Ambajogai. Almost 5000 student were introduced to the IKT and through IKT to Islam and its universal messages. 310 students got registered for the test in response to the 8 day of displaying counter 5 minutes lecture in various campuses and advertisement.

Students secured high marks in the 100 marks test. To felicitate and appreciate those students who struggling to understand Islam, on 21st Oct 2012 Sunday, a marvelous awards function was conducted at ZP Kanya Parshala Sabhagrah.

The ceremony was charmed by renowned personality such as Respected Dr. Rafeeq Parnerkar (Member Islamic Marathi Publications, Mumbai), Respected Moiz ur Rehman (President, SIO Maharshtra South Zone) and Respected Dr. Rajesh Ingole (Psychiatric Ambajogai).

Dr. Rajesh Ingole expressed his reflection speech on the topic Guided student how to discover yourself and the Islamic knowledge test is very help tool to understand and discover yourself. Dr. Rafeeq Parnerkar, the chief guest expressed his view by differentiating with information and knowledge about Islam and established its rationality and essentiality in the contemporary world. He emphasized upon a society based upon morality, Justice and Peace is possible only because of sense of accountability that Islam imparts upon an individual.

Lastly, the students, the acme achievers, were awarded with prizes. Ms. Badale Vaishali Ramkrishnarao bagged the first prize of IKT – 2012, which consisted of Rs 4000/-, Trophy, Certificate, and Gifts. The second prize winner Vaidya Sidharth Rambhau was awarded with Rs 2000/-, Trophy, Certificate, and Gifts. Pooja Deepak Bedarkar received the Third Prize of Rs 1000/-, Trophy, Certificate, and Gifts. Moreover, 6 consolation Prizes of Rs 500/- Trophy, Certificate, and Gifts were awarded to six students.

After the distribution of awards the winning students expressed their views about IKT, Islam and SIO. They appreciated the efforts of SIO in bringing about ethnic and communal harmony with the tagline “Mazhab Nahi Sikhata Aapas me Bair Rakhna”.

Vote of Thanks was presented by the  IKT Co-ordinator by Shaikh Muneer. A function was flanked by a large number of audiences comprising of students and parents.
