New Delhi: Expressing anguish over the Delhi High Court decision to accept the CBI request for the closure of Najeeb Case, Nahas Mala, President SIO of India said the organisation will continue supporting the struggle of Fatima Nafees till justice is delivered. He also doubted administrative conspiracy in the hurried efforts by CBI to close the case.

The central investigation agency has not moved a single significant step in the case. It once again proved to be the puppets of the system. “It is unfortunate that the High Court dismissed the request of Fatima Nafees, Najeeb’s mother for a Special Investigation Team to probe the case. Welcoming the decision of Fatima Nafees to move Supreme Court in the issue, he hoped the highest court may deliver justice to her. He also extended unconditional solidarity and support in her struggle to find justice for her son who has been missing from the JNU campus since October 2016.
