Shaikh Abdul Hamid, Kolkata SIO demands reinstatement of Madrasha Service Commission (MSC) to restart clear and Corruption less recruitment process. State government aided Madrasha (High & Senior High) has been suffering due to non requirement through MSC. Murshidabad is the 9th largest populated district in India which has around 80 lakhs population. Once it was the capital of undivided Bengal, Bihar and Odisha. Even after seven decades of independence, the Murshidabad district is still deprived of a single university. The district has very low literacy rate (only 66.59%) in comparison to the national (74.04%) and state (76.26%) average literacy rate.
