SIO Telangana met state education representative over National Education Policy

Abdul Malik Shariq State President SIO Telangana and Er. Syed Azharuddin PR Secretary of SIO Telangana called on Mr G. Kishan IAS, Commissioner and Director School Education- TELANGANA State; Mr. G. Gangadhar Raju Assistant Director (Elementary), School Education TS; Mr. C. Raji Reddy State President, State Teachers Association, TS and MD Nayeemuddin Sb State Secretary, State Urdu Teachers Association, TS. ‎National Education Policy‬ draft of SIO of India were presented to them. Leaders also exhorted them to discuss the draft at their upcoming meetings with state government on #NationalEducationPolicy.

SIO join Hyderabad Marathon during e-ethics campaign

Members of SIO Hyderabad joined the Hyderabad marathon event as part if the on-going e-ethics campaign. They were wearing t-shirts and carrying banners with slogans and message highlighting the need of ethics. “Criterion of Good and Evil is your Conscience” was the slogan behind the event. Many people discussed regarding the campaign and appreciated the efforts of SIO in promoting ethics in society. “Excellent”, “you are doing good”, “Keep up the good work” were few of the responses from the participants of the marathon.

SIO Hyderabad organized a “Members Ramadan Gathering” for its members on the historic night of 17th Ramazan (4th July) at Masjid-e-Azizia, Mehdipatnam. The meet was called “Tajdeed-e-Ahad” and was based on the theme “You belong to Abraham; You are the builder of the world (Teri Nisbat Barahimi hai; Ma’maar-e-Jahan tu hai)”. Campus orientation program by SIO Hyderabad

With the completion of elections in around 40 campus units of SIO Hyderabad, the campus team has organized an orientation program for the newly elected campus Unit Presidents of the tern 2015-2016 on 28th June 2015. The program was designed to motivate the campus leaders and set them up for the year ahead. The program consisted of lectures on Campus Activism and Academic Excellence along with a panel discussion on various campus activities that can be carried out. The program ended with all of the attendees and organizers breaking their fast together.

Though there are social sectors where government has allocated good amount of funds but the education sector has not got good attention of State Government.
