SIO expresses deep concerns about the degrading education scenario in the state of Goa.


SIO National President Nahas Mala addressing in the media in Panjim raised questions over the implementation of ‘no detention policy’ by the state education department. He discarded the premise that children are not sduying as they are not afraid of failing grades. SIO Vasco Unit Visits Institutes on Teacher’s Day


Vasco [05.09.14]: Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) – Vasco Unit visited 1 College, 2 HSS and 7 Schools on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. A 3 Member Delegation met the Authorities of the institutes, wished them and introduced SIO and its activities. Students Islamic organization of India, Goa Zone organized a rally against addiction in Panjim from Campal to Miramar circle with the mission of De–Addicting Goa, the State President of SIO, Mohameed Anees demanded from the Government to make Goa “Alcohol free”.
