SIO- Tamil Nadu zone conducted a formerly arranged gathering “In-charge Meet 2012” in Coimbatore on 14, 15 Jan 2012. Cadres meet commenced in Kongu – Tamil spoken place that usually means “Coimbatore”.  A different places of Tamil Nadu’s cadres arrived at this gathering.

First day programme begun with hoisting the SIO’s flag by Zonal President Br. Noorul Hasan. It sounded with Takbeer and articulated a few benchmarking words on the definition of each color in the flag by Zonal Secretary Br.Abuthahir and Then, Cadres advised to take a place in the meeting hall.

Br. Dawood recited Quranic verses in an affectionate manner. Then Tamil Nadu SIO Secretary expressed importance of meeting and also mission of the organization “Establishment of Dheen in the delighting line of God” in his introductory speech.

JIH State President Janab. Shabeer Ahamed got an excitement on gathering of SIO Cadres and its leaders and shared a few words on cadres, as its strength, inculcated the JIH’s thought right from SIO.

SIO State President in his main speech highlighted the SIO’s goals and responsibilities assigned to Unit President and Unit Secretary and asked them to work out their duty perfectly and timely as in such way to be muhusheen that Allah prefers to do his favor (Must do it) over here. And then every in -charge made self-introduction amongst them.

Moulavi Ismail Imdhathi delivered the speech on the SIO Cadres in line with quranic words, points out Quran reading, understanding its core value and walk through our entire life based on guidelines provided in. (It is a driving force for our better attitude, discipline and knowledge).

Afternoon programme session commenced with explanation of Tazkiya and Dawa after performing prayers and taking lunch. Br. Ameer, Peer, Liyakath, Imran, Jalal, Ameer Hussain shared their vital experience based on theme of Tazkiya and Dawa. And then ZAC Member Br. Rameez and State Secretary Br. Abuthahir explained the policies of Tazkiya and Dawa in detail.
We encouraged our cadres to take part in for playground activities such as Volleyball, Basketball and football.

After Maghrib namaz, SIO former State President Br. Ashar Waheed explained the objective of our work on Education and Educational Institutions. On the basis of which, Br. Siraj, Kamal, and Sikkandar shared their experience in the field.
Each district’s in -charge unearthed their talents in cultural programme organized by Br. Salahudeen after performing Isha namaz and taking the dinner.

On Next day, After Fajr Namaz,  Janab. Azeez Luthfullah delivered the speech on the view of World Islamic Organization,   emphasized the need of the organization – should fully show our attention in following up the God’s guidelines and should seek his blessing and help in performing our duty, taking part in Social Transformation and put across best working strategy for bearing out its active and talented members . It should enable girls and youth to take part in the Organization’s activities, trigger them to effective utilization of Mass Media and to become expert in their area of interest.

After the breakfast, Br. Fayaz figured out the hadhis based on the theme of in-charge and then               Br. Salahudeen, Sheik Ismail and Dawood shared their beautiful experience on Junior Associate Circle that led by Br. Shabeer Ali who also gave a lecture on the objective and programme of JAC.

Br. Abuthahir described about Action plan on “Popular Culture Campaign” celebrated in the central level   from 01 Feb 2012 to 10 Feb 2012.

After visitors performed the Zuhar namaz, and took lunch break, then they had taken place in the special speech on “Neo Spiritual Movements” by Br. Fakrudden Ali Ahamed, in his speech highlighted newly created spiritual organization in Tamil Nadu and also revealed inerasable idea behind them.

Then Br. Umar Farooq took everyone to thought-provoking and heartfelt message on “Here After” and invoked the cadres be afraid of god and seek forgiveness of our deeds.

After Asr namaz, Open Discussion happened where participants shot the questions and clarifications to State office bearers. Then, Br. Abuthahir exchanged Organization’s Guidelines amongst participants and discussed the Monthly Report submission, District level target and flow of communication between Districts in -charges and state office bearers.
State President Br. Noorul Hasan concluded the programme with his final speech, specified the importance of Quran, an abundance of information that we always need in execution of our strategy and plan.

He also excited the in-charge in denoting the deep relationship with Quran by means of seeking guidelines provided in and asked them to offer Tahajjud Nafil with ardent love and to prepare ourselves in performing our duty well.
Alhamdulillah, with this motive, In-charge left the place with keeping roles and responsibilities in mind for Social change in their location.
