Talent Search for Shaping the Future by SIO Kanpur
Kanpur chapter of the Students Islamic Organisation of India conducted an Award Distribution Program titled “Talent Search for Shaping the Future”, an aptitude test as part of SIO’s North India Education Movement at Merchant Chamber Hall, Civil Lines Kanpur on 3rd November 2013.

About 500 students participated, in which top ten students were given Medals along with 1 year free subscription of either Rafeeq-e-Manzil or Chhatra Vimarsh or The Companion Monthly. Top 3 students of Senior and Junior groups were awarded with Cash Scholarship of Rs. 5000, 3000, 2000 along with Medals. Among Junior group, Br. Mohd Huzaifa, Br. Ayan Ali Ansari, Nayla Shaheen secured 1st , 2nd and 3rd ranks respectively and among senior group, Br. Mohd Arsalan, Br. Tanveer Ahmad, and Br. Mohd Suhail achieved 1st ,2nd and 3rd ranks respectively.

Br. Najmussaquib Khan, Zonal President of SIO Uttar Pradesh Central presented the Introduction of SIO and said that the organisation is working for the past 31 years for the betterment of students and youth. He briefly gave an introduction of SIO’s North India Education Movement and shed light on the situation of Education in North India.

Br. Abdullah Azzam criticised the Government for it’s wrong policies in education sector. Br. Ansar Abubakr, member of CAC, in his concluding speech explained about SIO’s North India Education movement and motivated the students that change can be brought only if they come forward and play an active role.

This was followed by a Career Guidance Program presented by renowned Educationist Asadullah Umri sb.
