Categorising the institutions will degrade the standard of education and may lead to commercialise the courses: SIO


The new set of draft regulations set by UGC will pave the way for Category I institutions to commercialise the courses. Why would be the NET & SLET holders will like to pursue research in low grade or category III institutions, they would always like to study in Top institutions. The Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) invited family members of Haryana dairy farmer Pehlu Khan, Dadri iron smith Akhlaq Ahmad, Najeeb Ahmed JNU student family and others. Khan, 55, was lynched by a brutal self-styled gang of cow vigilantes in Alwar district of Rajasthan in April this year when he, along with his two sons and nephew and neighbor Azmat Khan, was returning from Jaipur after purchasing some cows and calves from a government-run cattle market. On 14 May, a joint team of Jamaat e Islami Hind Jamshedpur Kabir Nagar Unit & Students Islamic Organisation of India, Jamshedpur(Jharkhand) organised relief Camp at Hashmi Mohalla and Himmat Nagar locality for the victims of Communal tensions going on in Pokharia village. Relief items comprising 25 kg rice, 5 kg dal, 5 kg Potato, 2 kg onion, 2 kg sugar, 1kg edible oil, 1 pkt tea, 1pkt powder milk was distributed among 16 families. President SIO of India, Br Nahas Mala welcomes the decision of Delhi High Court which has today decided to transfer the ongoing case of missing JNU student ‘Najeeb Ahmed’ to CBI for further investigation.
