Continuing with the tradition of conducting Summer Islamic Course, SIO Chennai organized it this year too for students aged 10-17 at 4 different locations across the city. A total of 95 students participated in the course held at different periods from 22/04/2013 to 14/05/2013.

The students were imparted the basic knowledge of Islam and were provided a comprehensive understanding of Deen. Various activities and competitions were also conducted in order to nourish the talents of the students. The key feature, which was highly successful, was a daily group activity such as quiz, drawing, drama, mime, etc.,

A felicitation ceremony was held in order to encourage the students. Brief introduction of SIO and its activities was presented. Students were urged to join hands with SIO for a better society.
