Vaniyambadi chapter of the Students Islamic Organisation of India conducted a 3-day Summer Islamic camp at Yelagiri Hills in Tamil Nadu. The camp was specially designed for 11th and 12th standard students. More than 50 students from Ambur, Pernampet and Vaniyambadi participated in the camp. Scholars from Bangalore , Thirupathur , Vaniyambadi and Chennai were invited to address the camp on various topics.

State president of SIO Tamil Nadu, Mr. Abu Tahir, State PR Secretary Mr. Siraj ul Hasan and Mr. Kazim from Bangalore interacted with the students during the camp.
