SIO West Bengal Zone observed 19 October 2010 as Social Service Day. The objective of the celebration was to inspire students community to social service. The day was observed through Plantation, Drinking Water, Visiting Deceased people, health chek-up camp,  Sanitation in schools, Madaris and Mosques of local area. Besides discussion, rallies, students meet was organised.
