Aurangabad: On Nov 17, 2012 SIO delegation comprising of Syed Taufeeq, Kamran Shaikh and Mujtaba Muneeb met A B Bardhan (former secretary general of CPI) in the city.

A program was organized by inviting the Muslim intellectuals of the city in which SIO delegation have also participated. In the meet prominent issue discussed was the illegal arrest of Muslims youths on which A B Bardhan said that government is targeting specifically the educated Muslim youths and this must be stop. After the meet PR secretary of SIO Maharashtra South Mujtaba Muneeb welcomed Mr. A B Bardhan with a bouquet and presented the PR kit along with the details of the upcoming nationwide protest organized by SIO against terrorism.
