The dress code was ordered by CBSE following the Supreme Court order on 15th June to scrap the May 3, 2015 AIPMT results & to conduct a fresh test.

Kerala high court on 21/07/2015 allowed Ms. Nidha Raheem & Ms. Asiya Abdul Kareem to write their exams wearing full sleeves & Hijab. Kerala High court directed the CBSE authorities to depute a woman invigilator in the examination centre & also directed the petitioners to present themselves before the invigilator 30 minutes before the exam.
