SIO Bhatkal demanded 24-hour power supply during examinations

The Bhatkal unit of Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) submitted a memorandum to the Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner Dr. Trilok Chandra demanding the decrease in the loadshedding hours, especially during the examination time.
The memorandum states that the frequent power cut is disrupting the students study hours and this may have adverse effects on their performance and further on their future. Further, it was mentioned that the district of Uttara Kannada is comparatively facing more electricity problems than the other districts.
The memorandum urges the AC to make sufficient arrangements to avoid excess loadshedding hours during the examination, so that the students can put in extra efforts to achieve success.
