Understanding the growing challenges in society and student community in particular, which in turn increases the responsibilities of the representatives of SIO; SIO Hyderabad has organized a full day leadership development program for the Unit presidents, Unit secretaries, Division presidents and Division secretaries of Hyderabad.The program included interactive sessions on leadership skills especially considering the local ground realities, opportunities and challenges, session on youth psychology by renowned psychologist and lectures on muti tasking, academic and field activism, etc.
