SIO welcomes the Delhi High Court decision in Najeeb Ahmed’s case


President SIO of India, Br Nahas Mala welcomes the decision of Delhi High Court which has today decided to transfer the ongoing case of missing JNU student ‘Najeeb Ahmed’ to CBI for further investigation. The two member bench consisting of Justice GS Sistani and Justice Rekha Palli today decided to transfer the case after the plea filed by Mrs Fathima Nafees, mother of Najeeb Ahmed.
