Surat Gang rape, a manifestation of rampant obscenity and vulgarity in society

Tuesday, June 16, 2009 Ahmedabad, June 13: Students Islamic Organisation of India, has expressed concern over the shocking incident of schoolgirl getting gangraped in a moving car in Surat. “The incident is a manifestation of growing obscenity and vulgarity in society”, said Arshad Hussain Shaikh, President- SIO Gujarat in a press statement. SIO welcomes the Parliamentary panel report on sex education

 The central secretariat of the Students Islamic Organization of India (SIO) welcomed the report of parliamentary committee that there should be no sex education in schools. The secretariat also expressed satisfaction that the nationwide campaign conducted by SIO has ultimately yielded good result. The report had agreed with almost all the points suggested by SIO to the committee.
